        The thrombotic purpura (TTP) is a rare multisystem disorder characterized by generalized microvascular thrombotic lesions. The clinical picture associated microangiopathic hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. Some atypical forms may mislead the diagnosis. The diagnosis of thrombotic purpura should be referred quickly because of its potentially fatal nature.

        Plasma exchange is the benchmark treatment of TTP. In light of recent publications, the therapeutic strategy could evolve into a combined immunosuppressive treatment. The full characterization of this protease and its purification could be envisaged for the treatment of acute or chronic TTP. Thrombopathy is a disease resulting from impaired quality of blood platelets. There are several varieties of thrombopathy. It is a hematological disease (blood disorder) that causes the symptoms associated with disorders of coagulation and disruption of blood analysis, particularly a drop in the number of platelets.
