Purpura rash

        Purpura is a skin lesion and / or red, purple, violet mucosal, which does not disappear in the pressure-vitro (in contrast to erythema). Among the purpuric lesions of the child, purpura arthritis is the most common and purpura fulminans is the worst and they are both part of vascular purpura.

There are three possible situations:

• The child has a vascular febrile purpura and must urgently remove infectious purpura, especially meningococcemia.
• The child has a platelet purpura associated with signs of bleeding; again notice required hospital emergency.
• Any other situation can be analyzed, because the causes are varied.
